Abstract
Child friendly education offered through games provides an environment for direct playing and indirect learning simultaneously. During a sixteen-session course in a school in Tehran, a friendly environment was provided for eight-year-old learners to experience indirect learning via educational games. Creating such an educational atmosphere helped the children learn to cooperate well in groups as well as learn lessons through fun. They also learned some simple instructions used in everyday life. This way of looking at language learning also increased their motivation. During the course I experienced things that can hardly be found in books.
