Abstract
⺠The performance of stochastic activity network (SAN) was evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation. ⺠We constructed SAN for drug discovery and development project. ⺠The simulation identified critical activities and expected completion time. ⺠The completion time and cost of project can be reduced drastically by chosen strategies.
