Abstract
⺠We use the Rasch model to define a measure of quality certification for firms. ⺠A ranking of firms according to factors to get quality certification is obtained. ⺠A ranking of the more (or less) frequent factors for all companies is displayed. ⺠Criteria to elucidate the main factors to foster quality improvement are provided.
