Abstract
In this paper, a novel dynamical rate allocation scheme, namely the wisdom rate allocation scheme, is proposed. It is a process where all sources can accurately predict their optimal transmission rates that they will take when looking ahead, so that the arrived and accumulated amount of packets is optimal for network performance, and the transmission rate requirement and the fairness of rate allocation can be fulfilled from the equilibrium of the game.
