Abstract
► We consider admission control policies for multiclass loss networks. ► Polices are based on prioritizing classes via thresholding and reservation. ► The work is motivated by recent reforms for secondary provision of radio spectrum. ► We show that the equilibrium network state for each policy is a Markov Random Field. ► Our results reduce the computational complexity of revenue calculation.
