Abstract
⺠We consider admission control policies for multiclass loss networks. ⺠Polices are based on prioritizing classes via thresholding and reservation. ⺠The work is motivated by recent reforms for secondary provision of radio spectrum. ⺠We show that the equilibrium network state for each policy is a Markov Random Field. ⺠Our results reduce the computational complexity of revenue calculation.
