Abstract

Based on previous research on two-stage cooperative CCR efficiency, this article discusses the effects of scale and technical factors on the efficiency of the system and the sub-stages, and proposes a two-stage BCC model for cooperative efficiency using a geometric mean method. Various efficiency evaluation models are presented to calculate the efficiencies of the two sub-stages in a way that is most preferable by one of the sub-stages, wherein the upper and lower bounds of the efficiencies are explicitly determined. A transformation is proposed to transfer a non-linear cooperative model into a linear one by setting one of the two-stage efficiencies as a parameter. A heuristic parametric linear programming is suggested to solve the cooperative model.
