Abstract
To solve the problem of jamming program optimum selection of naval fleet in antimissile operation, a method of fleet jamming program decisionmaking based on synergy has been provided. The synergy degree among programs is defined and calculated according to the theory of synergy. In combination with dynamic programming methodology, a noval method for solving the multistage multitarget optimization based on synergy to obtain the optimum balanced tactic is given. This method is applied to solve the synergic decision making optimization problem of synthetic antimissile by shipboard jamming system. In a given operation plan, the overall range jamming effective factor can be obtained. The result is clear and reasonable.
