RETRACTED: Rapid time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay for diethylstilbestrol residues in chicken liver

Hagren, P. Peippo, M. Tuomola, T. Lovgren, Rapid time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay for the screening of monensin residues in eggs, Anal. Chim. Acta 557(2006) 164–168]. The paragraph on preparation of anti-rabbit IgG is essentially identical in both papers, and paragraphs on methods for time-resolved fluoroimmunoassays and on preparation of labeled analyte contain major portions of identity.In addition, the paper by Huo et al. contains a figure (Fig. 2) that appears identical to Fig. 2B in a paper by J. Shen, Z. Zhang, Y. Yao, W. Shi, Y. Liu, and S. Zhang [A monoclonal antibody-based time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay for chloramphenicol in shrimp and chicken muscle, Anal. Chim. Acta 575 (2006) 262–266]. In each case, there are 26 data points per curve with a peculiar and identical distribution.In light of the above, the editors have instructed Elsevier to retract this article.
