Abstract
A kind of carbosilane dendrimer based on 2,4,6,8-tetravinyl-2′,4′,6′,8′-tetramethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4Vi) was used as the coating for the capillary column. The coated column was effective to lessen the absorption of Si–O− to basic substances. The separation efficiency of adenine for the coated capillary was 3.80 × 104 plates m−1, the retention time was short evidently, and Adenine, Adenosine,6-Furfurylaminopurine could be absolutely separated in 20 minutes. To investigate the infection of coated times on the separation effect, 1–3 times coated capillary was created. The result shows that twice coated capillary has the best separation effect, and the separation efficiency of adenine for coated capillary achieved 14.79 × 104 plates m−1.
