Abstract
After Human Gene Project, studying the kinetics of DNA translocation through a nanopore and developing a novel fast DNA sequencing technology via nanopore have become the hot spot in genetic research. We reviewed recent progress in the researches of DNA molecules analyzed with nanopores.
