Abstract
- A divide-and-conquer (DC) approach is presented for the calculation of collision cross sections (CCS) in the projection approximation (PA) framework.
- This method can be used for efficient computation of CCS of large biomolecular ions.
- An efficient code is developed to calculate PA collision cross sections using both DC and traditional Monte Carlo (MC) integration.
