Abstract
- Bio-oil was produced from an arid land plant, Euphorbia rigida, by fast pyrolysis.
- RSM based on CCD was used to optimize the reaction parameters.
- Effects of temperature, heating rate, and nitrogen flow rate on yield were determined.
- Maximum bio-oil yield was obtained as 35.3% under optimum conditions.
