Abstract
⺠We develop mixed mode interaction in single membrane chromatography. ⺠This membrane performs based on cation and anion exchanger functionalities. ⺠Mixed mode membrane able to bind basic and acidic whey proteins simultaneously. ⺠The productivity of this membrane is 125 g total whey protein per L membrane per h.
