Abstract
⺠A method based on two immiscible organic solvent liquid-liquid-liquid microextraction and ion mobility spectroscopy is reported. ⺠Effect of formic, acetic and propionic acid as the reagent gas (dopant) on the corona discharge ion mobility signal was investigated. ⺠Clomipramine was successfully determined in human urine and plasma by the method. ⺠The method shows relatively low detection limit, good precision, high recovery and efficient sample clean-up.
