Abstract
⺠Poly-3-hydroxyvalerate-co-3-hydroxybutyrate copolymers polymers were separated for the first time using gradient polymer elution chromatography. ⺠The mechanism of the separation involved precipitation-redissolution interactions. ⺠Well defined fractions with varying molecular weight and % of 3-hydroxybutyrate were observed as a result of this separation.
