Abstract
⺠A new synthesis procedure for acrylamide-based continuous beds for CEC is described. ⺠Hydrophobic monomer is solubilized by complexation with methylated β-cyclodextrin. ⺠Stoichiometry, c.f. constant and spatial arrangement of complex are investigated. ⺠Retention factors and αmeth increase with content of N-(1-adamantyl)acrylamide. ⺠Amphiphilic stationary phase can be used in CEC in the NP- and RP-mode.
