Abstract
⺠Series of novel fluoroquinolone dimers were synthesized as potential antibacterial agents. ⺠A stability indicating HPLC method was developed and validated to determine the dimers. ⺠Significant degradation of dimers was observed in oxidative stress conditions. ⺠Reference compounds were obtained by purifying crude dimers using preparative LC.
