Abstract
- A new method for investigating biological cell-protein interactions was reported.
- The method used a laser scanning confocal imaging-surface plasmon resonance system.
- SPR sensor chip was prepared by modification of mouse normal IgG on the Au film.
- The fluorescence enhanced with increasing concentration of cells and fit well with SPR signal.
