Abstract
- Zinc doped L-proline cadmium chloride crystals were grown.
- Structural, thermal and electrical properties were studied by various techniques.
- Optical transmittance and NLO efficiency were found to be increased.
- Lower cutoff wavelength also decreased as the doping concentration increased.
