Abstract
⺠A new series of ruthenium(II) complexes of type [RuCl2(dppb)(N-N)] were synthesized now. ⺠Elemental analysis, IR, FAB-MS, NMR, electronic spectral techniques and TG/DTA were investigated. ⺠XRD crystal data of 2L1 have confirmed the proposed structural formula of such complexes. ⺠Synthesized complexes have showed very good catalytic activity in the hydrogenation reactions of Cinnamic aldehyde.
