Abstract
⺠Ni (II) reacting with captopril (CPT) can form complex in alkaline solution. ⺠The complex has a characteristic absorption peak at 340 nm. ⺠The absorbance shows a good linear relationship with the concentration of captopril. ⺠The complex structure may be multiple five- and six-membered rings.
