Abstract
⺠New phosphorescence probe was developed based on host guest inclusion reaction. ⺠A phosphorimetry for the determination of protein has been established using new probe. ⺠This method has been successfully applied to determine trace protein in water samples. ⺠The reaction mechanism for the determination of protein by this method was discussed.
