Abstract
⺠The interactions between a serious of analogs and catalase have been investigated. ⺠Results reveal that DDB has the strongest affinity for catalase among five compounds. ⺠Hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions play major role in the binding process. ⺠The influence of molecular structure on the binding aspects has been investigated.
