Abstract
⺠The formation of 1:1 Al3+-HA complex have been chelated in water solution. ⺠HA and Al3+-HA complex could bind to CT DNA by intercalation mode. ⺠CT DNA quench the fluorescence of HA and Al3+-HA by static process. ⺠The binding affinity and fraction of Al33+-HA to CT DNA are stronger than HA.
