Abstract
⺠A rare case of dinuclear complex of cis-dioxomolybdenum(VI) carrying two quadradentate dithiocarbamate ligands is prepared. ⺠Investigation of the structure by IR, 1H NMR, UV-vis and CHN analysis. ⺠NMR and UV-vis spectroscopic clues about oxo transfer properties of the complex are discussed.
