Abstract
► Spectroscopic investigation showed growth of cationic micelle by p-toluidine (PTD). ► Solubilization of PTD strongly depends on surfactant's chain length. ► Micellar growth induce by PTD depends on surfactant structure and counterion. ► Micellar growth by PTD is markedly induced in the presence of NaBr. ► PTD is remains near the palisade layer with its -CH3 group towards the micelle core.
