Abstract
⺠The binding modes of TMPZ to HSA/BSA have been established. ⺠The binding sites on BSA/HSA by TMPZ were discussed. ⺠Investigating the structural changes of HSA and BSA with the addition of TMPZ. ⺠Energy transfer and the type of binding forces were investigated for two systems.
