Abstract
⺠BSA fluorescence can be quenched by DDB or analogs via hydrophobic contacts. ⺠DDB binds to BSA with the highest affinity among four compounds. ⺠DDB is the strongest quencher among four compounds. ⺠The influence of molecular structure on the binding aspects is reported.
