Abstract
⺠Nonlinear optical materials found to perform variety of device applications. ⺠Semiorganic crystal of l-alanine cadmium bromide suitable for Second harmonic generation efficiency. ⺠Crystal has lower cut off wavelength at 279 nm favorable for blue light emission. ⺠Bragg's peak of X-ray diffraction confirms the crystalline nature. ⺠Crystal has thermal stable up to 274 °C to fabricate the device material.
