Abstract
⺠We synthesized Mn-doped ZnOxS1âx QDs with dBSA as stabilizer ⺠A good FL signal is observed when the doping amounts are 1.0% and 20%. ⺠The as-prepared solutions are stable for more than 6 months at 4 °C. ⺠The method has the advantages of good stability and environment-friendly stabilizer.
