Abstract
⺠Interaction characteristics of ALP with PCP were investigated by spectroscopic methods. ⺠PCP has strong ability to quench the intrinsic fluorescence of ALP through static quenching procedure. ⺠Binding constants and thermodynamic parameters for PCP-ALP systems were evaluated. ⺠The energy transfer from ALP to PCP occurred with high probability. ⺠The secondary structure of ALP was changed slightly in the presence of PCP.
