Abstract
⺠The enhanced RLS signal of DNA was found in the presence of naringenin-CTMAB. ⺠The optimum conditions for this system were studied in detail. ⺠The linear range for determination of DNA is 0.017-1.7 μg mLâ1. ⺠The detection limit of this method is 5.06 ng mLâ1. ⺠This method was successfully applied to the determination of DNA.
