Abstract
Sitting-atop (SAT) complexes, [TiCl4(H2T(X)PP)], formed from the reaction between meso-tetraarylporphyrins (H2T(X)PP) and TiCl4. Kf and ÎG° for SAT complexes are directly related to lower steric effect and the better electron donation for the aryl rings of the porphyrins.
