Abstract
Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection with capillary electrophoresis (CE) separation system was used to the rapid analysis of mefenacet within 7Â min. The linear response range of mefenacet was from 1.07Â ÃÂ 10â8 to 5.0Â ÃÂ 10â7Â M with a detection limit of 4.0Â ÃÂ 10â9Â M. This technique was also applied to analyze residues of mefenacet in seedling and soil.
