Abstract
In spite of its supreme capabilities in structure elucidation, NMR spectroscopy has played relatively little role in the identification of unknown trace impurities. However, recent advancements have resulted in a massive leap in the sensitivity of NMR detection, particularly with dedicated cold probes that offer a user-friendly solution to investigating the structure of minute samples.
