Abstract
Red phosphors MgxCa1–xTiO3:Eu3+ (0 Graphical AbstractObviously, photoluminescence intensity of the phosphor CaTiO3:Eu can be significantly enhanced by means of introducing Mg2+ into CaTiO3:Eu host lattices. The optimal concentration for obtaining the strongest PL emission intensity of phosphor MgxCa1–xTiO3: Eu3+ is about 40 mol.% of Mg2+ ions concentration. This moment, PL emission intensity (617 nm) of phosphor Mg0.4Ca0.6TiO3:0.03Eu is 4.26 times of that of phosphor CaTiO3:0.03EuFigure optionsDownload full-size imageDownload as PowerPoint slide
