Abstract
⺠EPR intensities of eight cyclic nitroxides decrease with sonolysis time. ⺠Octanol/water partition coefficients have been determined for each nitroxide. ⺠There is a linear correlation between initial degradation rate and log Koctanol/water. ⺠TEMPONE concentration dependence suggests equilibrium between bulk and interfacial regions.
