Abstract
⺠P3HT:PCBM heterojunction composite NWs were prepared through a wetting method. ⺠Nanodevice using the single NW was fabricated with Au and Al electrodes. ⺠Photoresponsive IâV characteristics of the single NW were observed. ⺠The IâV curve of the single NW in the dark condition showed diode-like behavior. ⺠Photovoltaic effect using P3HT:PCBM composite NWs was measured.
