Abstract
⺠A novel InVO4/TiO2 nanojunction composites were synthesized by an ion impregnate method. ⺠The (1:50) InVO4/TiO2 nanojunction composite showed highest sonocatalytic activity. ⺠The (1:25) InVO4/TiO2 nanojunction composite showed highest photocatalytic activity. ⺠The higher catalytic activity can be related to vectorial electrons and holes transfer.
