Abstract
⺠In this study, very low temperature (1150 °C) is used to prepare compact samples. ⺠Li2O is added as a flux to help for the grain growth. ⺠Ion conductivity of our sample is comparable to that prepared by others at 1600 °C. ⺠Y3LT with x = 0.060 has electronic conduction at temperature > 600 °C. ⺠Y3LT with x = 0.060 becomes p-type semiconductor at 700 °C and PO2 > 60%.
