Abstract
The bulk α-LiAlO2 has no conductive channels, resulting in low ionic conductivity of 10− 21 S·cm− 1, where the bias voltage enhances its concentration of defects and promotes oriented hopping of mobile carriers, the ionic conductivity increases to 10− 11 S·cm− 1.200
