Abstract
⺠Oxygen-18 tracer diffusion in nearly stoichiometric lithium niobate. ⺠Li2O activity was kept constant during diffusion annealing. ⺠Measured activation energies agree with current defect models. ⺠Oxygen diffuses via interstial defects in the whole stoichiometric range.
