Abstract
⺠VO2+ dinuclear complex [(VO)2(μ2-SO4)2(dtb-bpy)2(MeOH)2]·4MeOH (1) was obtained. ⺠ESR spectra in CH2Cl2 solution showed the dimerization of complex molecule 1. ⺠Reaction of the source compound with NaPiv produced [(VO)2(μ2-O)2(μ2-SO4)(dtb-bpy)2]·2MeCN (2). ⺠Cyclic voltammogram sowed that vanadium in 2 has the oxidation state +5.
