Abstract
⺠In vitro cytotoxicity was studied for two M(MCO)2 (M = Pd, Pt) complexes. ⺠Two different morphology human cancer cell lines (HeLa) and (WiDr) were used. ⺠The Trypan Blue exclusion method was applied for the complexes' activity assessment. ⺠Results indicated a pronounced comparable to cisplatin cytotoxicity of both complexes. ⺠Studies of compounds' binding to a variety of the DNA samples were carried out.
