Abstract
⺠Four Co(II) complexes all possess photo-electric conversion property in 300-600 nm. ⺠The surface electric behavior and photo-electric property were studied with SPS. ⺠The species of coordination atoms and coordination number affect the result of SPS. ⺠The dropped symmetry can lead to the split, widening and red-shift of the bands of SPS. ⺠It is favorable for the increase of the photo-electric conversion efficiency.
