Abstract
The synthesis of the di-manganese compound of type [Mn2(CO)9L] (LÂ =Â tri-iso-propyl phosphite) is described. The molecular structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This is the first reported structural analysis of a di-manganese carbonyl compound containing phosphite ligands of the type [Mn2(CO)9L]. The current structure is an example of a rare equatorial substituted di-manganese compound.
