Abstract
A hexanuclear zinc complex, Zn6(C2H3O2)8(C4H10NO)2(C4H11NO)2(OH)2, has been synthesized by simple technique and characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic and X-ray techniques. The complex has been used to deposit high-quality thin film of hexagonal crystalline zinc oxide on non-crystalline substrate.
