Abstract
4-Benzonitrile appended rhodamine B hydrazide derivative (RDHDNB) selectively detects Pd2+ both naked eye and under UV light. Moreover, RDHDNB easily detects Pd2+ in human breast cancer cells MCF7, under normal and fluorescence microscope.
