Abstract
Solvothermal treatment of KOH and 4-TPA at 120 °C for 4 days produced a 2D metal-organic framework [K(2-PTA)(H2O)]n (1) in which the [K2O4N]n acts as inorganic skeleton. The compound 1 shows a maximum ε1 value 6.7 (200 Hz), which drops to 4.6 at a relatively high frequency of 1 MHz. The ε of temperature dependence remains unchanged almost within the measured temperature range.
