Abstract
A novel polyoxometalate-based complex was prepared and used as a special catalyst for photo polymerization of vinyl monomers. Polymers with narrow molecular weight distributions were obtained within 60Â min, and the polymerization showed controlled characteristics. The catalyst can be isolated from polymer product easily and reused for at least 10Â times.
